Bestätigung über den sorgsamen Umgang Messestellwandsystem

Hier findet ihr das Dokument zum "sorgfältigen Umgang mit unserem Messestellwandsystem" zum ausdrucken, ausfüllen mit euren Daten, unterschreiben und zur Vorlage bei der Registrierung vor Ort.

Nur mit der Abgabe des unterschriebenen Dokuments müsst ihr KEINE Kaution zahlen.

Confirmation of the careful handling of the exhibition wall system

Here you will find our document for a “careful use of our trade fair display wall system” to print, fill out with your details, sign and present when registering on site.

You do NOT have to pay a deposit if you submit the signed document at registration.

Parkschein - Aufbau / Abbau

Hier findet ihr unseren Parkschein für eure Einfahrt auf unser Gelände zum Aufbau und Abbau. Bitte druckt diesen aus und bringt ihn ausgefüllt zum Auf-/Abbau (am besten gut sichtbar unter der Frontscheibe liegend) mit.

Dieser Parkschein muss immer ausgelegt sein, unabhängig davon, ob ihr einen Parkplatz gebucht habt.

WICHTIG:

Dieser Parkschein dient NUR DER IDENTIFIZIERUNG von euch als Teilnehmer, es ist NICHT der Dauer-Parkschein zum Parken auf dem Gelände. Diesen konnte man bis 14.10. bestellen und bekommmt ihn vor Ort bei der Registrierung ausgehändigt.

Parking slip

This is our parking slip for your parked vehicle during set-up and dismantling. Please print and fill this out, have it visible under your windscreen.

This parking slip must be displayed whenever your vehicle is on site, regardless of any parking spot bookings you may have made.

IMPORTANT:

This parking ticket serves ONLY TO IDENTIFY you as a participant, it is NOT the permanent parking ticket for parking on the site. You could order it until 14 October and will receive it at the registration desk.
